Getting everything planned and in place the day of our wedding was memorable...for the insane amount of stress it caused me. Everyone running around asking me questions I had no answers for, my husband forgetting the marriage certificates at home, worrying about weather...the ONLY thing that wasn't stressful was the photography. Shannon showed up to my hotel room just as we were getting ready and I was in the midst of a panic attack. She immediately got to work documenting the smallest of moments, all while spending time getting to know my friends and I. Her bright, positive energy calmed me down and I felt like I had a level-headed ally. She captured incredible memories that I am so blessed to be able to look back at. She was respectful during the ceremony, I never once saw her, but she was there and got beautiful shots! Afterwards, she effortlessly corralled the tipsy, rowdy bridal party and guests to the pier for sunset pictures. She was able to organize everyone, get everyone to focus and get the right shots. Not an easy feat with my family and friends! The turnaround time was shockingly quick for how gorgeous the photos turned out!

Big, grand moments and small, intimate moments are framed throughout my home and every one brings me joy. Booking Shannon was probably the easiest, smoothest and one of the best decisions I made that day! That and saying "I do" of course! If we didn't move to the upstate, I would've loved to have her document our marriage and journey into parenthood!
